Deyvonne is a Paralegal for The Law Offices of Adam J. Roth where she assists the attorneys from the inception of a case through to the conclusion. She has a decade’s experience working in office support. Deyvonne has always had a passion for helping others and creating positive change. Working in the legal field has allowed her to accomplish both. For the past five years, Deyvonne has worked in the fields of personal injury and civil rights, in an effort to continue helping others.

Prior to joining the firm, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies from St. John’s University. She has experience interning with the Queens County Court where she conducted comprehensive research, produced legal memorandums, drafted judicial decisions, and familiarized herself with the criminal court process. Shortly after, she interned with the Brooklyn Children’s Law Center to pursue her interest in juvenile justice. She also has experience working for an adoption agency where she aided in the preparation of home studies, post placement supervision, and maintaining connections between biological and adoptive families.

Deyvonne is a native New Yorker and a true Brooklynite. In her free time, she loves to cook and spend time with her two cats, Anna and Olivia.
